Premier Long-Term Mentorship
Four-Year Medical School Admissions Concierge
College-to-AMCAS Physician Mentorship
$12,500
$12,500 total or five installments of $2,500.
The Four-Year Medical School Admissions Concierge is MedTrack Mentors' most comprehensive long-term program for college students pursuing MD or DO admission. Beginning in freshman year, students receive physician-led guidance designed to help them build a strong academic, clinical and extracurricular foundation before application year begins.
The program continues throughout college and transitions into comprehensive AMCAS or AACOMAS application support through the final decision of one application cycle.
Most applicants seek professional guidance after their academic record and experiences have already been established. This program begins early enough to help students make informed decisions throughout college and develop a competitive application intentionally.
Long-Term Guidance From Someone Who Understands the Entire Journey
Students preparing for medical or PA school make consequential decisions throughout college—not only during application year. Course selection, academic performance, clinical experience, research, service, leadership and testing timelines all influence the strength of the eventual application.
Dr. Mario Tomei brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience and more than 20 years in higher education to this process. As a physician, university professor, experienced prehealth advisor and former medical-school admissions committee member, he understands how students develop during college and how admissions committees ultimately evaluate their preparation.
This long-term perspective allows MedTrack Mentors to do more than review an application after it has already been built. Students receive personalized guidance while they still have time to strengthen their record, address weaknesses and develop a clear, authentic professional direction.
Dr. Tomei's experience as a physician, professor and former medical-school admissions committee member helps students understand both sides of the process: how to prepare throughout college and how that preparation will eventually be evaluated.
Why Families Choose Dr. Tomei
Why Begin in Freshman Year?
Waiting Until Application Year
- Academic record is largely established
- Missing prerequisites may delay an application
- Clinical experience may be insufficient or unfocused
- Testing may have been scheduled poorly
- Weaknesses may be difficult to correct
- Activities may not form a coherent application narrative
Beginning With Long-Term Mentorship
- Courses and prerequisites are planned early
- GPA and science GPA are monitored
- Clinical experiences are selected intentionally
- Research, service and leadership develop over time
- Testing timelines are planned strategically
- The eventual application reflects sustained preparation
The purpose is not to manufacture a résumé. It is to help each student make thoughtful decisions, pursue meaningful experiences and develop into a well-prepared future healthcare professional.
Clarity for Students. Reassurance for Families.
Parents often recognize the importance of early preparation but may not know which courses, clinical experiences or application milestones matter most. Each year of the program includes a parent progress meeting so families understand the student's development, upcoming priorities and overall timeline—while the student remains responsible for completing the work and developing independence.
