Our Services
Medical & PA School Interview Coaching
An interview invitation — whether from a medical school or a PA program — means your application was strong enough to get in the room. What happens there determines whether you get in. We prepare you for both the questions and the composure, across every format used by MD, DO, and PA programs.
Physician-Led Mock Interview
$350
per session
One-hour session including mock interview practice and a verbal debrief, with written feedback provided afterward.

Interview Formats We Cover
Different programs use different formats. We prepare you for all of them.
Traditional One-on-One
The classic format used by most MD and DO programs. We simulate the full interview experience — from the opening handshake to the closing question — and debrief every answer in detail.
Multiple Mini Interview (MMI)
The station-based format used by an increasing number of programs, including many top MD schools. We run full MMI circuits with timed stations, ethical scenarios, and role-play prompts.
Panel Interviews
Some programs use a panel of interviewers — faculty, students, and physicians — simultaneously. We prepare you for the dynamics of answering to multiple evaluators at once.
What You Get in Every Session
- A full mock interview in the format used by your target schools
- Detailed written feedback on every answer — content, structure, and delivery
- Verbal debrief immediately after the session
- Guidance on composure, eye contact, and the non-verbal signals admissions committees evaluate
- Practice on the most common and most difficult questions — including ethical scenarios and "tell me about yourself"
- Honest assessment of whether you are ready to interview — not reassurance

PA School Applicants
Interview Preparation for PA Programs
PA program interviews are distinct from medical school interviews in what they probe and how they probe it. We prepare you for the specific questions PA admissions committees ask — and the answers that actually land.
Articulating Your Patient-Care Experience
Many PA programs require or strongly value direct patient-care experience; requirements vary by program. Interviewers will probe the depth and quality of that experience — not just the number. We help you translate your hours into specific, compelling stories that demonstrate clinical readiness.
"Why PA" — With Real Specificity
The "why PA" question is the most important in any PA school interview, and the most commonly answered poorly. We work with you to develop an answer grounded in your actual experiences — not a generic statement about scope of practice.
Demonstrating Program Fit
PA programs want to know why you chose them specifically. We help you research each program's mission, curriculum, and clinical focus — and build answers that show genuine alignment rather than surface-level familiarity.
PA Interview Formats
Most PA programs use traditional one-on-one or panel interviews; a growing number use MMI-style stations. We prepare you for both, including behavioral questions, ethical scenarios, and the teamwork and communication themes PA programs consistently emphasize.
Interview preparation for dental school applicants — including traditional panel and MMI formats — is available as part of our dental school admissions consulting.
"An interview invitation means you are qualified on paper. What happens in that room is about something else entirely — and most applicants are not prepared for what that actually means."
